Poverty is rampant in Africa. No matter what is done to uplift communities poverty is pervasive and persistent. Many people of African descent in other countries also have sub-optimal incomes. What is the cause? There is talk of “systemic racism” and various other accusations of malintent against people of European descent but there is no clarity on the REAL cause, the ROOT cause.
